What to expect when you arrive:

* Customers’ temperature will be taken upon arrival. Entry will be denied if temp is above 99F.

* your information such as your full name contact number and address will be taken and be put on file for contact tracing

* take note that our store is enclosed and space is small, even if face masks are not mandated, we still highly recommend this to keep you safe.

* disposable gloves, shoe covers will be provided before entry.

* no skin to skin contact when browsing our products.

* no fitting of merchandise

* no return and exchange. We inspect items before putting it in your bag and our staff will also be showing the product before bagging. Inspect it again before leaving the premises. Once you are out the door, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

* our team will be assisting you with sizing, so you are very welcome to ask as many questions as you like before buying something. Make use of our helpful staff by asking recommendations on lingerie styles, etc. they will be your personal shopping assistant for the day!
