Learning that Lucky Doll has been running for 18 years, I wasn’t surprised! The owner and the staff are professional and incredibly kind to their customers. I visited for the first time to claim the giveaway thong, and I also intended to shop because I’d been planning to visit their store since the pandemic. Recently, I finally had the chance to go.

During my visit, I lost my phone without realizing I’d left it in the Grab car I took. The team went out of their way to help me retrieve it! This was far more than just exceptional customer service—it was genuine kindness and willingness to help, even though I hadn’t purchased anything on my first visit. They welcomed me warmly and insisted on giving me the thong gift anyway. With their help, I was able to get my phone back. I’m so glad I’d given them my contact number when I booked, as they kept calling my phone until the Grab driver answered. I had to leave to meet the driver because he wasn’t able to come all the way to Manila, and I didn’t have any cash on hand.

Two days later, I returned and did a lot of shopping—not out of obligation, but because they have such beautiful lingerie! The fitting services are included, and Miss Belen and MJ are amazing. The whole store is like a breath of fresh air. I had a lot of questions, and they answered every one, showing how knowledgeable they are about their products. They even provided complementary accessories and suggested items that would look great with my outfits.
